Finally comes a boredom-buster! 😀 I was bored to death with the basic white-green Himalaya packaging, the bright packaging of their newly launched Oil Clear Face Washes is totally killing the monotony. So summery they look, don’t they? They are color coded as per the base ingredient. I was intrigued to give them a try ever since I heard of their launch, I could only find the “Blueberry” and “Peach” variant at my nearby supermarket and picked both of them in no time 😛 . I am using Himalaya Fresh Start Oil Clear Blueberry Face Wash for over a week now, here’s my review on the same 🙂 –Price- INR 140/- for 100 ml

It gives you oil-free freshness throughout the day and makes your face soft, healthy, and fresh.Key ingredients-

The tannins act as free radical scavengers.Directions- Apply Himalaya Fresh Start Oil Clear Blueberry Face Wash on a moist face and massage. Gently work up a lather using a circular motion. Wash off and pat dry. Use twice daily. My Take on Himalaya Fresh Start Oil Clear Blueberry Face Wash- It comes housed in a blue colored soft squeezable tube as can be seen in the pictures. It has a flip cap which shuts tightly, working good so far. The packaging has got an interesting detail panel, the details which are generally put are categorized as Who am I? What do I do? and Feel happy using me! It’s available in 2 sizes- 50 ml and 100 ml. If you like testing the product for sometime before investing in a large pack, it’s better you buy the small pack.
It comes packed with blueberry extracts, fruit juice powder and smells just uhhh-mazing! The fragrance lingers for quite sometime after wash. An important thing I noticed about this is that it contains Citric acid and salicylic acid which are known for their powerful defense action again skin problems, so I believe it would be liked by people who have acne issues. If you are visiting my blog for the first time, I would like to tell you that I have dry skin which feels stretchy without moisturization 🙁 , thus I am always on a lookout to try out products that behave well on dry skin. This face wash contains white and brown-black colored beads which are meant for exfoliation during facial cleansing, but they don’t work effectively, to be honest. I tried it on waterproof makeup (gel liner to be precise) but it didn’t remove it. It looks very fancy and smells very good but it is not meant for everyday use on dry skin. Skin’s natural oils are of prime importance, a face wash shouldn’t rip them off entirely. I didn’t find it suitable for my dry skin.
