Hello Beautiful People! We all know scrubbing is an essential part in skincare, and it should be done atleast once a week to remove all the dead skin cells from skin. I have been using a scrub for more than a month and I thought why not to share my views on it. The scrub is Apricot-based and it’s from the house of Garnier. Read on to know how it fared on me-
Price- INR 70/- for 50gmAbout- Try the new Garnier PureActive Apricot Scrub. It gently scrubs away dead skin cells to reveal fresh and glowing skin. It contains an exfoliating powder, derived from Apricot seeds and a creamy texture that lightly hydrates the skin while cleansing. Skin is smooth, fresh and radiant with every wash.My Take on Garnier PureActive Apricot Scrub- The scrub comes in a white colored tube which is soft enough to be squeezed easily and has a flip-cap which fits in tightly and prevents the creation of mess. The label reads it’s suitable for all skin types so I took no time in picking it up. The color of the scrub is kinda off-white or creamish, and it spreads easily on face and neck. This scrub has got loads of micro exfoliating beads which are good enough to bid good-bye to dead skin cells. My skin isn’t sensitive but since scrubbing beads are bit harsh I make sure not to exert force while scrubbing. It’s very easy to wash off, and the best part is that it doesn’t leave me with any sticky or greasy kinda feeling.I love how this scrub hydrates my skin and I don’t have to run for immediate moisturization after rinsing it off but I admit I can’t skip moisturizer.Every time I use this scrub I get clean, clear and smoother skin than before, and I am happy using it. I use it not only on my facial skin but also on rough areas like knees and elbow and I am happy with the exfoliation qualities of this scrub. Also, since I bought the 50gm tube, it doesn’t take much space in my handbag and I love to carry it around. What I like about Garnier PureActive Apricot Scrub-
- Budget friendly
- Travel friendly
- Soothing fragrance
- Works very effectively in clearing off dead skin
- Leaves no greasy or sticky feeling behind
- Ingredients are extracted from real apricots
- Doesn’t dry out skin
- Skin feels hydrated (However moisturization cannot be skipped)
What I don’t like about Garnier PureActive Apricot Scrub-
- Exfoliating beads are bit harsh.

Overall, It’s a great scrub considering the price, It does the dead-cell cleaning job perfectly and gives a smoother and softer looking skin. I think it will be a good scrub for dry-skinned people because of its hydrating properties.
