Have you ever been embarrassed about dry flaky lips? Usage of lip-balm is a must-do-thing in case of flaky and chapped lips which help making them look healthy and soft. Winters are that time of the year when we need extra dose of moisture to keep our skin moisturized and gorgeous looking. Today I am reviewing a lip moisturiser called “LIPZ” from Ethicare Remedies. Keep reading to know what I say about it- Price- INR 90/- for 9 gmAbout- Lip moisturizer for chapped, cracked and dry lips. No waxy feel – Non-irritant base – Fragrance free. Available in natural vanilla flavorContains- Shea butter, Kokum butter, Avocado oil, Olive oilMy Take on Ethicare Lip Moisturiser “Lipz”- This lip moisturizer comes in a white colored small tube pack that has a red cap. It has a slanted tip applicator that makes lip balm application hassle free and the best thing I find about slanted tips is that I don’t have to make use of my fingers 😛 . It is very handy and takes very less space in my clutch. It comes with SPF 15 which is really good for a lip-balm as it shields our lips and protects it from sun damage. It has got a petroleum jelly like texture and a faint smell. It contains shea butter and kokum butter. Few days back while I was travelling here and here, I couldn’t manage to care much about my lips and they got chapped. I thought it was the best time to try this new lip balm, so I started using it. In first 2-3 applications I didn’t get to see any visible improvement but yeah it was providing moisture and comfort to my lips which I found to be pleasing and soothing. I used it for few more days and it repaired my lips 🙂 It stays on my lips for around 2 hours after which it fades away but the moisture stays there for 1 more hour or so, after that re-application is needed. It glides easily on lips and helps in repairing it and making it smooth and supple. I kept using it and it prevented my lips from flaking again 🙂 .I like this lip-moisturiser but I like the flavoured ones more, I find it very monotonous to apply a non-flavored lip balm. They seem to have mentioned only key ingredients, wish they mentioned all contents.
